For God’s Sake, Submit to Authority, Part 2

We continue our study of INDICATIVE and IMPERATIVE in the letter of 1 Peter. Today, we continue to explore Peter’s practical instructions on how to “be holy”. Last week, we saw how Peter commanded his readers to submit to human authorities because it was good and right and because it might silence God’s critics. Today, we move into the sensitive area of slavery and the believer’s call to submit to injustice and abuse.
