God’s Man on the Run

Abraham, Moses, Jacob – spiritual giants, right? It’s true that they did some amazing things, but the Bible is a painfully revealing book that often unmasks spiritual heroes as mere mortals who struggle with trusting God.  Can a person who truly chases after God have a heart that is guilty of growing cold towards God?  Today we will see David descend into apathy toward God and it leads him into a dark time.  We will also see God’s faithfulness in using tragedy to fan the affections of David’s heart to get up and chase after Him again.
