How Jesus Develops Leaders

Jesus develops followers. He did it when he walked the earth and he continues to do it today. That’s why it’s important for us to understand, and strive to replicate, His approach to developing leaders. Today we will look deeply into that common phrase Jesus said to his first followers: “Follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” (Mark 1:17, ESV)
