What’s the Difference Between a Religion and a Relationship with God?

Is there really a big difference between religions?  Aren’t we all traveling in the same direction just on different roads?  If you asked this question to the average person on the street they would probably say as long as a person is sincere then the substance of what they believe doesn’t really matter.  Is that true?  Today we will see how Jesus’ would answer this question.
