The crucial difference between Christianity and man-centered religion lies in the answers to these two questions: Am I obedient in order to be saved? Or am I saved in order to be obedient? The first letter of Peter addresses this very issue. Today we will begin a careful analysis of Peter’s assertion that God has made you holy; and based on that, you should be holy in your thinking and in your treatment of others.
